About Darlene
"We are here to remember who we are."
From a young age, I knew there was something greater than ourselves. I remember looking up into the sky and thinking, "There is more than just here." I went on to learn many life lessons due to a very challenging childhood, with very little parenting and guidance, until I was blessed to meet my spiritual teacher, who I also refer to as my spiritual mother, guide and friend.
Her presence changed my life. She reparented me, guided, taught and helped me remember my spirituality. She watched over me as I progressed on my spiritual path. I have so much heartfelt gratitude and profound appreciation for her love, encouragement, patience and divine wisdom.
What I learned is that we are really here to remember who we are, to accept and not expect, help each other and all living beings, to love and to forgive, even when it is difficult, and the most important life lesson on my spiritual journey has been learning about divine love.
With all my heart, I thank her for walking beside me. I dedicate much of my spiritual journey to her with much love.

I bring to this work my spirituality and my professional life experiences. I have spent over 35 years working in the mental health field, including as a case manager and emergency crisis screener. For the past 14 years, I have been in private practice as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
These experiences in the mental health field have given me the opportunity to walk alongside people during some of the most challenging and transformative moments of their lives.
My introduction to QHHT® feels like a natural continuation of my spiritual and professional journey. I am deeply passionate about this work because it brings together so many aspects of what I have learned throughout my life: to remember who we are and to help all living beings. My experiences have prepared me to accompany others as they explore who they are, why they are here and what their inner wisdom reveals to them.
This is a continuation of my spiritual journey. This is what I believe I am here to do, to help others remember.
